A personable, useful visit
What to Expect When You See Dr. Miller
Every visit is different, but patients can expect a focused conversation, an examination suited to the reason for the appointment, and a clear discussion of reasonable next steps.
1. Start With the Concern
Talk through what has been happening, what has already been tried, and what matters most to you.
2. Examine What Matters
The skin examination is matched to the concern and may be focused or more complete depending on the visit.
3. Make a Clear Plan
Review the likely diagnosis or possibilities, options and tradeoffs, practical instructions, and follow-up when needed.
Some concerns require testing, a biopsy, a separate procedure visit, or follow-up before the diagnosis or treatment plan is complete.
Outside the Clinic
Away from dermatology, Dr. Miller enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with his children, exploring technology, and building LEGO creations. Family time helps keep life balanced and brings the same practical, curious spirit to the person patients meet in the clinic.
